All of our monitors are made of brand new panel, are subject to strict test and quality control to ensure that all products are in perfect condition .Each Monitor meet the international standard CE,ROHS,FCC .Good reputation in the market.

2.Warranty Terms.

Provide one year warranty from the date of your purchase,and 1% (or according to the contract) of spare parts for replacement of bulk order.For the product within warranty period, Viewstar will provide the services with replacement or repair for free and repair with maintenance fee. For the product beyond warranty period, we will continue to provide product repair paid services, charge components and fees as appropriate.

1、 Replacement by Free

For the product meet the below conditions, we can offer free replacement.

1), Products can be replaced within 7 working days since customer receive it. under the condition of non-artificial damage, The round-trip transportation costs should be afforded by the customer.

2), The spare parts can be free of charge during warranty, The shipping cost should be paid by customer, or we can ship it together with next order.

2, Repair by Free

For the product within warranty period and meet the below conditions, we can offer free repair.

A, The product fails to work functionally in proper use.

B, The product fails to work not because of Man-made damage
C, The product isn’t disassembled to repair or amend privately.

For the cost including shipping and tax,
1. Within 30 days customer affords the returned trip to Viewstar factory. And Viewstar will afford the back trip .
2. After 30 days The round-trip shipping costs should be afforded by the customer.we can afford tax ourside.

3 Paid Repair.

The product, except for free replacement and free repair, will repair with maintenance fee

A, for the product within warranty period, we will charge according to below charging stardard Material Cost plus the cost of maintenance man. The round-trip transportation costs should be afforded by the customer.

B, for the product beyond warranty period, we will charge according to below standard: (material cost+ the cost of maintenance man) The round-trip transportation costs should be afforded by the customer.

C, for the product no made by our company, we will charge according to below stadnars: (material cost+ the cost of maintenance man)* 20%. The round-trip transportation costs should be afforded by the customer.

3.Our Service Promise
